Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to really rate your service as I am out of the area. All I can say is flowers were delivered on Sunday as promised and the flowers were beautiful and looked very fresh. Was told the arrangement was gorgeous!

Overall, great experience. Easy to order and pricing is reasonable. Nina in customer service was great. I contacted her b/c I thought I had placed an order with a florist on the East Coast and wanted to cancel, but she explained that Avas has designers throughout the country and my order would be delivered on time in Brookfield, WI. I was not on the receiving end of these flowers, but they did arrive, so I assume delivery went well. Thank you!
