The bottom line is I was happy with the beautiful arrangement and the way I was kept informed about their arrival and the confirmation of the order. The young man who took the order was patient and looked up the obituary to find where they needed to be sent since I was from out of town. The only thing I have a problem with it the 'extras' such as bow, card and 'service' fee that were charged to me. Of course you want a bow and card but these extras costed $12.00 which seemed unfair. I was aware of them at the time of order though so they were not a surprise.
