Outstanding customer service! Recipient left Medical Center of the Rockies early and did not receive her flower arrangement. Avas Flowers made sure that the arrangement was delivered even though the recipient was now several hundred miles away at her home in another state. I don't know another florist that would have gone to such extreme to ensure customer satisfaction and display such incredible professionalism. As a professional myself I appreciate greatly the time and effort involved in ensuring this order was taken care of properly. The recipient reported the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!
