I ordered same day delivery flowers for a friend regarding a personal matter and the rep, Celine I believe her name was, was so professional yet warm. I explained that I want the center flowers to b pink and represent my friend and I and I noticed on the confirmation that she went to the trouble of noting to make the center flowers of similar likeness and size as possible. I appreciated her attention to detail, as I was really trying to make a statement with my flowers and I couldn't see them to control the situation. She also patiently changed my note several times. I will take that $15 and send more flowers through your florist. Thanks so much!
