Dear Ava's Flowers, I placed a very very last minute phone order with you on Saturday afternoon for a memorial service scheduled for the next morning. You came very highly recommended by a good friend, and I knew I was taking a chance finding a florist at the last minute. I am writing to tell you that you more than exceeded my expectations. My original order was for a deluxe or premium funeral spray only described to me over the phone. A few hours later, I received a phone call that there may be a problem with the delivery as there was another delivery scheduled close to the same time and that the person I originally spoke to should not have taken my order due to the time conflict. I expressed to the gentleman who phoned that it was imperative that flowers be delivered before the service. He explained that you would do your best to deliver what I ordered, or deliver an arrangement valuing more than what I had paid. My family and I were more than pleased w/ the beautiful orchid arrangement that you created and delivered in loving memory of a family member. I cannot thank you enough for delivering an amazing one-of-a-kind arrangement. I was actually relieved that it turned out to be orchids and not a spray.
