The feedback from our Aunt was memorable! She did not decorate in any way this Christmas so she appreciated to beautiful Christmas tree arrangement to brighten up her very small apartment. Thank you for helping us to bring it to her from 3,000 miles away:)

The address that was provided to me by a family member of the recipient was wrong. I was called by the florist immediately, and when they did not reach me, they tired again the following morning. When I was able to track down the right information, I called the florist back and found them to be friendly and helpful. They explained that they had taken a few extra minutes to scout out the area looking for an alternative address in the neighborhood since the streets all had similar sounding names. I think that went above and beyond. They treated me as though I had a long term customer relationship with them. In other words the service was great!

I liked getting my flowers delivered so quickly. It was a shock to see a picture text from my friend showing how beautiful the flowers were. The 15% coupon was also very nice and covered the cost of delivery.
