I found Ava's on the internet while looking for florist, specifically in Oakland, CA, as that is where the funeral was to be held. Since I am some 2300 miles from Oakland, CA and was unable to get there in time, I put my trust into your hands. I have been given to understand that the flowers arrived about an hour prior to the funeral and were quite lovely. I thank you, for a job well done. My only regret is that I could not be there.
